THE BIBLE WAY TO HEAVEN

1).  Recognize Your Condition

       For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)
      
       No one is good enough to get to heaven on his own merit.  No matter how much good we do, we still fall short.

       But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags... (Isaiah 64:6)
       
       As it is written, There is non righteous, no, not one: THere is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after  
       God.  They are all gon out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. 
       (3:10-12)

       You see, the Bible is clear that we are sinners and that nothing good that we do can make up for all the wrong we have
       done.

2).  Recognize The Penalty for Sin

       For the wages of sin is death... (Romans 6:23)
       
       And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire.  This is the second death.  And whosoever was not found written in the
       the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. (Revelation 20:14-15)

       Our condition is that we are sinners and the penalty for our sin is death in the lake of fire.  Some might think that they do
       not deserve to go there, but this is simply untrue.  Everyone is a sinner and the Bible says that if we have broken one
       part of the law then we are guilty of all the law.

       For whosoever shall keep the whole law, yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.  (James 2:10

       You see, the Bible is clear that we are sinners and that the penalty for sin is the lake of fire.  All it takes to be guilty before
       God and be condemned to the lake of fire is ONE SIN.

3).  Believe Christ Paid the Penalty for You

       For God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

       For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoeverbelieveth in him should not perish, but 
       have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

       Christ paid the penalty of sin for you when he died on the cross.  The law of God required a perfect sacrifice in order
       for sinners to have an opportunity to be forgiven of their sins and given admission to heaven.  When Christ died on
       the cross he fulfilled the requirement of the law.  YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO HELL?  So, what must I do, you might
       ask? 

4).  Repent of Your Sin

       Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out... (Acts 3:19)

       And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men everywhere to repent: (Acts 17:30)

5).  Trust Christ Alone to Save You From Hell

       That if thous shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from
       the dead, thou shalt be saved.  For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is
       made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9-10)

       For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Dear Friend, will you not recognize that you are a sinner, admit that you deserve hell, repent of your sin, and trust Christ alone so save you and give you a hom in heaven?

If you would like to accept Christ right now, just bow your head and pray to God.  Tell him you are sorry for breaking his law.  Ask him to forgive you of your sin.  Tell him you believe that Jesus died for you, that he was buried, and that he arose from the dead.  Tell him that you trust his Son, Jesus, to save you and take you to heaven. 

YOU CAN PRAY RIGHT NOW, JUST WHERE YOU ARE, and JUST AS YOU ARE
