Missionaries to Mineral Wells, TX

After Graduating from Heartland Baptist Bible College in 2004 the Shipman family moved to Kansas City, KS where Bro. Shipman served as the Associate Pastor, Youth Pastor, & Music Director. After a productive ministry of 2 1/2 years God led the Shipman's to plant & pastor the Gospel Light Baptist Church in Mineral Wells, TX. They have been serving there now for two years and God has blessed them with people that love the Lord and have a desire to see something done for the cause of Christ in Mineral Wells. God also saw fit to give them a building before the church even began and they have been able to remodel as funds have been available. They now have a wonderful building with wonderful people and are hoping they can be self-supporting by January 2010.
